Our Bankruptcy Law attorneys significantly contribute to Davidson & Troilo’s ability to provide clients with a wide range of business-related legal services. These lawyers have represented individuals, major corporations, small businesses, public agencies, financial institutions, and municipalities in practically every aspect of bankruptcy proceedings.

We maintain a unique perspective on bankruptcy matters through our frequent representation of creditors and bankruptcy trustees, and our less frequent representation of debtors. We also assist individual and corporate clients with pre-bankruptcy counseling and preventative planning to avoid bankruptcy.

In many instances, our success in recovering creditors’ collateral from bankruptcy estates has allowed our clients to recoup the maximum value of the collateral involved. In other cases, our diligent efforts have improved our clients' positions by compelling debtors to amend reorganization plans and blocking the discharge of debtors. We have also assisted our bankruptcy trustee clients in recovering hundreds of thousands of dollars in assets that were not originally listed by the debtors.

Our Bankruptcy Law attorneys are committed to legal excellence and client satisfaction. In accordance with our Firm’s tradition, we employ our diverse experience, knowledge, and internal and external legal resources to achieve legal success.

We are required by the Congress of the United States, at 11 U.S.C. §528 (a)(4) to state: "We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for relief under the Bankruptcy Code."
