Jack Partain has more than 30 years' experience representing clients in a variety of financial transactions and corporate reorganization matters. Possessing a seasoned style that is cost-effective and solution-oriented, Mr. Partain leads the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors' Rights Department in Fulbright & Jaworski's San Antonio office. Also active in the firm's Austin office, he frequently represents numerous creditors, creditors' committees, trustees and other fiduciaries in financial transactions and corporate reorganization matters.
A partner since 1987, Mr. Partain is also actively involved in the detection and pursuit of fraud-related cases. He is recognized by the National Association of Fraud Examiners as a Certified Fraud Examiner and has been appointed as examiner in the reorganization of a publicly traded company.
