Ms. Bridwell is Of Counsel to the firm. She was most recently Of Counsel to Holland & Knight LLP until the closure of their San Antonio office and prior to that was Of Counsel to Vinson & Elkins LLP in their Washington D.C. office. For 17 years prior to relocating to the Washington D.C. area, Ms. Bridwell was associated with the San Antonio law firm of Groce, Locke and Hebdon, P.C., where she was a shareholder and served on the Board of Directors and as Business Transaction Team Leader.

Ms. Bridwell's practice is devoted primarily to commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Bridwell has experience in real estate and general corporate matters, including representation of financial institutions, corporate entities, partnerships and individuals in acquiring, selling, financing and leasing of improved and unimproved real estate. She is also experienced in handling corporate trust and corporate finance matters, including the representation of issuers and corporate trustees in private offerings of taxable and tax-exempt debt securities.

Ms. Bridwell was elected to membership in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers in 1989 and has served in numerous capacities in the State Bar of Texas, Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section, including serving on the Council for the Section and as Chair of the Section. She is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and San Antonio Bar Foundation and has served on the Board for the San Antonio Bar Foundation. She is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association and the San Antonio Real Estate Discussion Group, an organization of which she is a co-founder. She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Real Estate Law), Texas Super Lawyers (Real Estate) and The Bond Buyer's Municipal Marketplace.
